How often do I recive the Student Identification Card?
- Once every semester. That also applies for the students who paid for a whole year.
Why do I need the Student Identification Card?
- The card proves that you are a member of the Student Association. Always bring it to exams!
The card also gives you a lot of discounts, both locally and nationally.
How long does it take before I recive my Student Identification Card?
- It takes 2-3 weeks after we registered your payment, until the card arrives.
Why haven´t I recived the traveldiscounts on my Student Identification Card?
- If you are over 26 years old, you have to study at least 75% to get the traveldiscounts. Please contact the Student Association Office to get the discounts.
I´ve paid the Student Association fee, but I haven´t recived my Student Identification Card?
- If you haven´t recived your card, it can depend on the following reasons:
1. You have moved without notifying the Student Association your new address.
2. You live c/o your landlord and forgot to notify the Student Association when you registered.
3. You´ve paid a wrong amount for the Student Association fee.
I haven´t recived an invoice, what should I do?
- If you haven´t recived an invoice, it can depend on the following reasons:
1. You haven´t registered to the Student Association. You have to do it in person at the Student Association Office during our opening hours, weekdays 11-14.
2. You have changed your address without notifying the Student Association.
How do I register to the Student Association and what should I bring with me?
- You register in person at the Student Association Office. Our opening hours are weekdays 11-14. Please bring your swedish ID-number and information about your current swedish address.
