HHGS organization HHGS' highest decision-making authority is the Annual Meeting where all members of the Students' Union can participate and vote. Subject to the Annual Meeting is the Board, consisting of 13 members who are elected by nomination and election by the rest of the members. The Board works with strategic issues and takes long term decisions. HHGS Holding AB and its subsidiaries Handels Consulting and Handels Rekrytering is responsible to the Board. Moreover, HHGS owns shares in Chalmers Teknologkonsulter and Brain Tech.
The Executive Board, that leads HHGS' current work, consists of 9 elected members of HHGS. The Executive Board consists of the Students' Union President and Vice President and the Heads of the seven different committees (education, business relations, student politics and student society, marketing, administrative, international, and the committee of events).
Besides, there are five compounds which are ACE, SMIL, FCS, JF and P-log, that provide what the students of each program need, and a sixth, LIPA, for students studying independent courses. Even master students and doctoral students at the School of Business, Economics and Law have an association, GSO and the PhD Committee.
HHGS has a number of projects in the form of labor market days and days of inspiration such as GADDEN, GAIUS, ReKON and Utblick.
Under the student politics and student society committee are, in addition to the program's society, all HHGS compounds (currently around thirty) such as an orchestra association (Mistluhren) and sports divisions. Under the Committee of events are the Sexmästeriet, the DJ Team "Götes" and Handelspuben. The Events Committee is also responsible for the new students and the welcome committee (N&FA) that arranges the Kick Off for all the new students.
