Head of the Committee on Student Politics and Student SocietyAs the Head of the Committee on Student Politics and Student Society, I meet a lot of students who are active within student associations, both in HHGS as well as other associations in Gothenburg! I work closely with HHGS’ societies, being the link between them and the management of the association. I am in charge of a great variety of things, the main areas being environment, study environment and student health. This also includes making sure that all students are given the possibility to enrich their lives as students by getting involved in any of the different societies available through HHGS. In addition to this I am also the spokesperson for HHGS in matters relating to student politics, something that mainly is shown through my participation in different forums where all student associations in Gothenburg meet. My work may seem somewhat scattered, however, I love to meet a lot of people, to take an active part in student activities, and to have the opportunity to work for improving the situation for all students. I work for a student association where everyone is welcome and where all members feel like home. During the fall, I will gather students to form a committee that will help me organising conferences and lunch lectures, and also enhance the work on environmental and study environmental issues.
